How to 'switch off' and de-stress after a stressful day?

Any tips on how to 'switch off' after a stressful day at work? Had an extra bad day at work yesterday and just woke up with my heart pounding after a nightmare. Tried hot milk but doesn't seem to have helped.

I use music on my mp3 at the end of the working day. As soon as I'm out the office door it goes on, loud. I choose loud and bouncy dance tunes.

It works for me to the point where I forget about work so completely that I have to write notes each day to remind me what I need to do the next day!
