To feel sad, angry and a bit lonely

I have a handful of what I'd consider to be really good supportive friends..or so I thought.

I have a friend who I've known for 16 years, 2 years ago she split up with her boyfriend if 12 years. A difficult time for anyone and as a friend I have been there as much as I can throughout.

Fast forward 2 years, every day for the past 8 months she's messaged me it normally boils down to Internet dating and how shit it is and her ex.

It's very wearing being a supportive ear/shoulder to someone who doesn't want to move on until she's met another man. We see each other a few times a month due to logistics and the last time myself and our other friend were invited for dinner I couldn't go because I had pre arranged plans.

So she stopped speaking to me!! No argument nothing just a comment about I'm ok as I'm married!

I don't enjoy drama and to be honest I haven't approached her I'm enjoying the peace for now. However I can't help but feel hurt. AIBU to just let things drift or should I be the one to make contact?

She's being totally irrational and unreasonable. You sound like you have been a good friend to her, she'll realise that and come back although I'm not sure I'd want this type of friend.
