Seriously,

free next day delivery (order up to 8pm or something)
texted time slots on the morning of the delivery
emailing you the name of the delivery driver!
options by text eg deliver to neighbour
100% reliable

AIBU to ask If they can do it why can't any other companies?

I've got the free Amazon Prime offer at the moment and more often than not (when stuff is actually eligible) it turns up about 8pm just as I'm doing bedtime, having waited in all day.

In their Peterbrough store, they provide computers so you can go online and make sure what you're buying isn't cheaper elsewhere. The whole store is excellent, well thought-out, great service.

By far the best for baby gear.

Well you had a good experience but I didn't. Ordered a pushchair and Moses basket mattress. Moses mattress arrived first thing, although lucky i was in as text telling me my hour time slot arrived about an hour later! No idea the 2 things would come separately which was annoying as didn't want to wait for 2 deliveries and would have liked the option to say send all together.

Went online to check on pram. In depot awaiting dispatch. After lunch when still not received text for timeslot I chased it up. They had lost it. After much chasing from me they finally said 'we can't find it, we will have to send a new one, wont get there till at least Monday. It was a Tuesday, so they were saying nearly a week to replace even though you can order for next day! It then randomly arrived on the Friday while I was in hospital from c-section. By some fluke DP was home when it came.

They also had a special offer - spend x amount and get free new baby kit thing. Add code at checkout. Then spend over x amount get 15% off. Took the 15% off but nowhere to add the code. Queried this and was told 'you can only have 1 offer at a time and you got 15%'. Fair enough I thought until I realised that this meant that no one would ever get the free gift as you would always get the 15% first!

YABU their delivery is good and prices low because they save money against other nursery stores on service. They don't check whether your car seat fits your car and also sold the Nania car seat that got the shocking 0% test result from Which. On that basis I wouldn't trust any of their products to be safe for my child.

Love kiddiecare

I've even had out of stock items turn up the next day..

The reason other places are not so good is because they are not willing to pay the right amount for a good delivery service..

The more items shipped the less the company pays,

We know some company's we charge £10+ a box others £4 both are the exact same delivery though.. Interlink is a massive company linked in with others
