To ask for these comments to be removed

I have 'liked' a page on FB called spottedparkinglikeatwat Ono which people upload photos of poor parking etc. Someone has uploaded a photo of a van in between two disabled space with the heading 'as if you're disabled' which I find rude for a start as how do they know that? But someone else has gone on to comment 'parking like that they obviously are disabled' Should I ask them to remove?

I think if you sign up for updates from a page called that, you really need to expect idiotic comments from the contributors.

Unloke it and watch your BP return to normal quite quickly.

FunnysInLaJardin · 14/10/2013 11:29

those types of pages are awful and so yes I agree, get rid and think no more about it. For some reason those parking ones particularly rile me with their sanctimonious tone.

WorraLiberty · 14/10/2013 11:30

If those comments do more than make your eyes roll, I'm not sure Facebook groups are for you really.

The first comment is a bit ill thought out and the second isn't nice.

But if you spent time on the internet asking for every comment you don't like to be removed, you'd never fit anything else in.

I just think some of the pictures are quite funny and I'm not the worlds best at parking so it makes me feel better!

You are overreacting. There will be many comments and pictures you might not like, are you going to monitor and report everything?

2tiredtocare · 14/10/2013 11:46

Ha! Maybe.

You can hit a button to report it to the page admin without the commenter knowing it was you. Hth.

quoteunquote · 14/10/2013 11:52

eer I'm officially disabled, and I often drive a white van,

my neighbour is disabled and drives a great big long wheel based van, (twice the size of mine)

I know of quite a few disabled people who drive vans and motor homes, vans are nice and high which helps getting in and especially out.

The comment is vile, just tell them that.

Sallykitten · 14/10/2013 12:40

I think it's highly likely that the person who took the picture checked for a blue badge.

2tiredtocare · 14/10/2013 13:50

Do you sallykitten you have nothing to base that on
