Just watching 'Carrie and David's Pop Shop' with DS and did a quick Wiki (because I'm nosy!). I've always thought she's a stunner but couldn't age get and I'm astonished to learn that she's 47!! And he's mid 50s!!! I want their secret!

They are lovely. Have worked with them and they are one of the few that genuinely care.

That said, there's very few in their position - the public eye - that don't resort to 'help'. She may not have had surgery but her 'secret' will be peels, Botox, laser treatments, minor fillers (if they are good, AKA 'Not Chloe From TOWIE' they can been very very subtle), teeth whitening/good veneers, regular facials etc.

I bloody would if I had their money & a camera on me!

Todays Popshop was from 2008, so 42, not 47 - quite a difference. I reckon I can do the jumping in high heels, I just don't have any to prove it... But I tried just doing it on tip toes...

Really? I was just remarking to DH how old she looks on that programme! Heel jumping is pretty impressive like. But I hate the theme tune, and how it sounds so American...'paaap shaaaap'

My friend works with them and says they are both lovely.

I wish BBC had not canned Fame Academy. It was much better than X Fixtor.

I'm so pleased CBeebies is repeating Pop Shop - used to watch it with DC1 years ago and now watching with DC2.

Wish I still had the energy to dance/jump around the way I did with DC1 though...

Love them but she's not what I would call beautiful. Too angular for my taste and flats woukd be better than heels with the long legs.

I remember when she was on Fame Academy I was shocked when I heard she was in her late 30's at the time. She looked about 25.

She looks great. And she's a lovely person too by all accounts. Good :)

Dear god. Flats?? Really?! I have long legs and resemble Olive Oiyle in flats.

Well I don't know. But they heels make her look top heavy and unbalanced. (Sorry Carrie, - I really do love ya)
