AllTwerkNoPlay · 25/09/2013 21:39

That's disgraceful!

SpecificRim · 25/09/2013 21:39

I sent them an email to complain.

Sirzy · 25/09/2013 21:39

I can't find it when I actually go onto the site and look rather than clicking a link from on here though

MurderOfGoths · 25/09/2013 21:50

Looks like they might have stopped it appearing in the main bit, but not removed the actual page then

MrsBramleyApple · 25/09/2013 22:01

I have tweeted Asda and told them how disgusted I am and also sent a tweet to the National Institute of Mental Health with a link to the Asda page!!

WandaDoff · 25/09/2013 22:05

Horrible.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 25/09/2013 22:10

What complete twats

TerraNotSoFirma · 25/09/2013 22:10

That's awful. They could have called it any number of things. Why that?

DrSeuss · 25/09/2013 22:12

I have complained on their FB page.

MrsBramleyApple · 25/09/2013 22:34

I am trying to review the product (unfavourably) but it wont let me!!! Hmm

MrsBramleyApple · 25/09/2013 22:37

They remove stuff they don't like of their FB page! They did it loads when MNers complained about a ladies bad experience with Asda a few months back!

cjel · 25/09/2013 22:45

I tried to complain from a link on another post and I think they're blocking that as well

Ericaequites · 26/09/2013 03:01

It's disgusting and inaccurate.

Methe · 26/09/2013 08:05

I think it's been removed this morning.

Tiredmumno1 · 26/09/2013 08:12

It's been withdrawn bbc news

Shame on them Angry

ArgyMargy · 26/09/2013 08:19

Tesco one is still there - disgusting. Off to complain.

DrSeuss · 26/09/2013 11:05

Tesco's is gone. Anyone know about Amazon?

Vagndidit · 26/09/2013 13:21

Just saw on the news that Asda is back pedelling groveling after the mishap and have removed it from purchase altogether. i think they've missed the point, however. It's not the costume I have the problem with (it's great, gory, Halloweeny) but the labelling it as a representation of a person with mental illness was well off the mark.

Sirzy · 26/09/2013 13:26

I have just made the mistake of reading the comments on the post on their Facebook wall. Makes very sad reading and shows just how ignorant people are about mental health problems

onenutshortofasnickers · 26/09/2013 13:56

Amazon and Ebay (.co.uk) still have them up- you'd think with the amount of people not being okay with this and how it is in the news they might think 'maybe we should tare them down?!'

i am so annoyed by everyone's comments of how its okay its just Halloween, they don't get it at all! At least I don't need to spend any money this Halloween I will just go out as myself!

Scholes34 · 26/09/2013 14:03

But these are the kind of costumes that have been around for years for Halloween and I think they're awful. The naming of it has drawn people's attention to it. Is it just the name that's wrong? If Asda just re-name it will that make it okay?

MissStrawberry · 26/09/2013 14:05

I see that someone has already said that Tesco has one too and it has just been talked about on the ITV news.
