to not know about greying lady bits?! (and I don't mean the lady garden!)

Ok so I have discovered this product on amazon today which is a labia dye (!) to cover up a greying labia as this seemingly happens as we women get older. Why have I never heard of this?? (Not the dye, the greying labia!). Is this true??

Granted I did read about it in the Daily Fail however the product, called "My New Pink Button" Hmm, is true and is selling on Amazon US in 4 different colours - "Ginger", "Marilyn", "Bettie" and "Audrey"...!

The product description is: My New Pink Button (tm) is a temporary dye to restore the youthful pink color back to your labia. There is no other product like it. This patent pending formula was designed by a female certified Paramedical Esthetician after she discovered her own genital color loss. While looking online for a solution she discovered thousands of other women asking the same questions regarding their color loss. After countless searches revealing no solution available and a discussion with her own gynecologist she decided to create her own. Now there is a solution!

www.amazon.com/My-New-Pink-Button-Ginger/dp/B002P0Y03Q/ref=sr_1_1?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1379338270&sr=1-1&keywords=my+new+pink+button

Surely IANBU to have never heard of a greying labia and someone please tell me it's an urban myth!

Glad DP has terrible eyesight, although he's not often one for staring at it too long, greedy bastard Wink

As someone whose lady lips are the colour of a rhubarb/custard sweet due to vitiligo, I can honestly say the colour has never once been an issue! I'd be intrigued as to what affects I could achieve using vaginal blusher though Wink

Wouldn't benetint have the same effect?
Does it happen to ball sacks too? What about willies?
Do they all end up looking like sad elephant faces?

thegreylady · 16/09/2013 22:11

I am 69 and my 'bits' are as pink as they ever were as far as I can tell with a mirror-even the furry bits are't as grey as my head hair. What nonsense.

D'you know, I couldn't give a rat's fart about the colour of my minge.

Like it or not, every part of your body can be subject to ageing.

When you find yourself single in your 40''s, you do go through moments of worrying about all sort of stupid things, when the possibility of a shag is on the cards.

These sort of products or cosmetic surgery, play on insecurities.

OP, to answer your question, they can change colour, but it is individual.
