Dd2 was growing beautiful longish hair with whispy baby ends (15mnt) with dd1 I didn't trim hers until about 3.

Picked her up from MILs a week ago and she now has an uneven unflattering bob at the back.

I wasn't happy wept all way home but she enables me to work so swallowed my tongue.

But every single person comments on it, on repeat, I've told People what happened aibu to snap next time?

God, I'd go mental. I'm still (secretly) cross with DH for cutting DS2's baby curls off when he was a toddler. They were beautiful

I did it gently because she is generally lovely and unbelievably helpful eg I'll get stuck in London and she will do an overnighter no questions asked and she is considerate generally.

I think it's dd2, dd1 I had with me until 3 never ever left pfb with mil. Dd2 I was back to work at 9 months through necessity and it's starting to feel like she "owns" her more. Little things like walking/rocking her to sleep when I asked for her not to (I find it difficult to do it plus dd1 gets ignored while this takes 30 minutes) and feeding her by hand (literally) when she's capable of feeding herself and managing her own intake.

Oh fuck I'm going to have to try and afford childcare aren't I? Or DD2 will be an overweight peirced bob haired spoilt princess by 3.
