I think I'd be strangely satisfied by the dead skin bits.....
I really want one now!

AmazingBouncingFerret · 05/09/2013 20:55

A babyliss one in my parents attic. Grin

Mandy2003 · 05/09/2013 20:57

My Dad had a foot spa that he didn't use. When we decluttered when he moved I made him get rid of it.

I use the general purpose bowl (not a washing up bowl as it doesn't fit in the sink). It's pale green and cheaply made, DS calls it the Favella Bowl as its just like the ones you see in documentaries about slums in the developing world!

acer12 · 05/09/2013 20:59

Ah those pesky foitspars!!!

AmberLeaf · 05/09/2013 21:00

At one point I had no less than three footspas!

I seem to have got rid...and now I'm really hankering after a nice foot jacuzzi.

axure · 05/09/2013 21:00

Seeing how much 'parmesan cheese' you've scraped off your hooves is definately the best thing about the Ped Egg.

TSSDNCOP · 05/09/2013 21:01

Yep, the Next version. Used precisely once in 10 years.

VerySmallSqueak · 05/09/2013 21:03

Oh I see a 're-cycling' opportunity axure!

DH is always moaning about the cost of parmesan....

Pascha · 05/09/2013 21:03

Got one for Christmas once. Dad bought me it. That was the first, last and only time mum let him loose on present buying Smile. I get twenty quid bunged in my bank account instead now.

I think I flogged it for a tenner at a boot fair. It had never been out of the box.

I have one, an unwanted donation from an emigrating friend. Perhaps she didn't like me very much Grin.

Beamur · 05/09/2013 21:10

I have one. It doesn't get used very often as it makes the whole house vibrate and I'm worried what the neighbours might think I'm up to! Grin
I rather like it though and DD age 6 loves it. We sometimes have foot spas when DP is away. It's rock and roll in our house!

digerd · 05/09/2013 21:23

I do have a foot spa. It's at the bottom of a pile of BOGOF toilet rolls packets and other toiletries, in the obsolete power shower < became obsolete by having a combi boiler installed after plumber assured me it would be working with no problem 6 years ago>.
Can't be bothered with all the bending down, especially emptying it as is heavy and water slops when carrying it back into bathroom. And plugging it in and out when sockets are already full of other electrical gadgets.
Our charity shops will not take electrical goods.

KatOD · 05/09/2013 21:28

Yep... Great when I did karate to de-mank my feet and fab when pregnant. Hasn't seen much use recently though...

retromuffin · 05/09/2013 21:32

I don't own one but at car boot sales we play footspa lottery, whoever has the lowest number of spotted footspas has to buy the breakfast!

ChaosTrulyReigns · 05/09/2013 21:39

Blimey, you had me worried then. I checked on eBay and it is Clairol. Babybliss, Pah - inferior. Wink

On a happier note, it appears that "Retro" footsaps are selling at £4.25.

Yay.

Hmm

Yes. It was in the garage until we moved. It's now in the loft Blush.

It's a pale turquoise colour if anyone would like it? Quite possibly dusty, yet virtually unused.

comingintomyown · 05/09/2013 23:20

I use mine but my feet are ghastly and I can only cut my toenails if they have been soaked although they are improved by the MN Vicks method Grin

skyeskyeskye · 05/09/2013 23:48

Yes. In the loft. Used it once, only one side worked. XH bought it as a surprise for me Confused

SilverApples · 05/09/2013 23:48

Wot?
Wassat then?

SilverApples · 05/09/2013 23:51

No, I've never owned one...and I don't know of anyone that does. Shock

I had one on top of my wardrobe for about 10yrs. Never used it. I threw it out when we moved.

fatlazymummy · 06/09/2013 02:22

I can very vaguely remember having one of these - was it given to me or lent to me? I definitely didn't buy it.
In any case I quickly offloaded it onto some other poor unsuspecting bastard.
