Especially on trains and in my workplace. Because it's not Angry Idiots.

People think its ok because it is ok. Misery guts.

LynetteScavo · 20/08/2013 14:48

How can something that annoying be OK?

If someone constantly did loud burps on purpose would that be OK?

Kezztrel · 20/08/2013 14:50

celticclan I am not a misery guts, I'm extremely cheerful normally, unless something is annoying the fuck out of me (usually a sound of some kind).

Just to be clear (because this is AIBU after all) I am not actually suggesting people should be banned from whistling.

What is annoying is when people sigh as a conversation starter. I never respond.

Kezztrel · 20/08/2013 15:12

Really, people do that celtic? Sigh and then not say anything else? I wouldn't respond either!

It's just so "look at me I am such a cheerful soul me"

Fuck off with your cheerful tuneless noise!

Unless you are actually tuneful... then off about your business :o

celticclan · 20/08/2013 15:14

Yes. Sometimes the sigh will be followed with "oh boy".
