Why do people think it's OK to whistle?

People think its ok because it is ok. Misery guts.

How can something that annoying be OK?

If someone constantly did loud burps on purpose would that be OK?

celticclan I am not a misery guts, I'm extremely cheerful normally, unless something is annoying the fuck out of me (usually a sound of some kind).
