Aibu to expect my dh to get up in morn,

2 early risers dc. He out last night and tonight we usually take it in turns to 'lie' in until 9 am at wknd he out again tonight Aibu to insist he gets up tomorrow.

I'm surprised you didn't discuss this first. If it is his turn to get up and he hasn't asked for a lie-in then I don't think you would be unreasonable to insist he gets up if the norm is that you each get one lie-in a weekend.

Alternatively perhaps you could get up tomorrow and then have two lie-ins next week?

What happens during the week? Is there any chance you could make up for it then? I wouldn't want a hungover grump looking after children if I could help it.

Was it discussed before the weekend was arranged?

Thanks ladies he actually came home early and got up this morning. Even though it was half discussed like someone else mentioned I didn't want hungover grump looking after them so all good Grin
