Am waiting for q Court hearing as Council flat is being repossessed (long story ... moved in with Mum to be her carer and the property has already been succeeded once). Desperately looking for a one-bed flat to rent privately but can't find any LLs who are willing to accept benefits. Just bidder on a one bed apartment in a newly built private block (a percentage is given for social housing). It has a HUGE fitted kitchen, wood floors throughout, en-suite bathroom and are selling for £380K.
Am seriously considering summoning Old Nick and signing my name on the dotted line ... in blood.
