DP was nearly late for work this morning.

I went in at 7 and said 'Are you not going to work today then?' in a concerned sort of way like he might be sick. He was lying awake and alarm went off twice already. He asked the time and I told him.

And I get back 'Well what good is 7 when I start at half past?!' like I was supposed to get him up or something?!! Angry

Comeback was poor 'Well I have only just looked at the clock, and your alarm did go off.'

This is not a usual scenario he is 9 times out of 10 up before me for work anyway, but why get narky that I stopped him being late? Confused He always has a massive attitude when he wake up pisses me right off.

Next time I'd leave him sleeping

NeedlesCuties · 14/08/2013 07:46

He sounds like a stroppy teen headed for school.

Attractive Hmm

LazyFaire · 14/08/2013 07:51

Oh yes I nearly jumped him right there, Needles!

Just has no filter when he is waking up, says everything really angrily. Sooo happy that DS has inherited that trait too Hmm

Didn't get a sorry either he just kissed me and DS and ran out the door.

Hurrumph

Ithink you need to tell him when heights home, that itvis not acceptable behaviour - don't just accept it as the way he is. I bet he doesn't go to work and bite people's heads off or expect them to think for him.

I wouldn't accept it from my child either.

sorry about garbled bits of that post - am on my phone and the bloody thing corrects me all the time - if it was a bloke, he'd be well and truly dumped by now!
