... at DC2 not noticing he had wandered through the poo that potty-training DC3 had left on the floor and spread it EVERYWHERE, as I was cleaning up DC2, whilst DC4 (7 weeks) was screaming for a feed and DC1 was "gobbing on" incessantly to DH on the phone and giving me a headache?

TwoAndTwo - I'm not sure it was a scream, it was deep and primal, not unlike the 'pushing in labour' noise.

Ds looked suitably terrified Grin

I knew exactly what noise it was too Grin
It's normal in this house, usually associated with nappies and dangling children...

I made that noise when my small granddaughter put a chocolate biscuit on the CD carrier of my very expensive Denon rig, and closed it.

It's been unplayable ever since.

Oh that noise!
I was hoovering the stairs upstairs one day when the DC were small, while they were happily playing in DD's room.

I finished hoovering took the hoover downstairs and on my way back up to them thought "Hmm they're very quiet" and as any parent knows this is never a good thing.

Half way up the stairs I called "What are you two doing" to which DS replied "We found a hole in Eeyore". DD had a 3 foot stuffed Eeyore in her room.

As I walked into DD's room I was faced with a very sad and deflated Eeyore and his polystyrene ball contents strewn all over the bedroom floor with DD lying in it laughing and saying "Mummy I'm making snow angels.

I can laugh about it now but we were finding polystyrene balls for months after.

The stairs upstairs?
Need more coffee. Grin

TheStitchWitch those balls clogged up my Dyson for ages, ours was a 3 ft dog though... Grin Angry

They killed my Dyson Flobbadobs, it was on it's last legs though.

It was after this incident that I learnt to never trust a quiet child as they're more than likely up to no good. Grin
