Not to chase up the health visitor anymore

Had a letter about a month ago saying hv would come round on Monday to do dd's 6-13 month check. They gave a number to ring if it wasn't convenient. We will be on holiday then so I rang up on the day we received the letter saying we are around this week if they would like to rearrange but after our holiday I will be back at work so it would be harder. (I'm not bothered whether they come or not I have no concerns about dd), after a week I had heard nothing so left another message saying the same. I rang once more on Monday and have still heard nothing. I don't want them to waste their time coming to see us when we're not there but aibu to assume they have got my message and are not interested in rescheduling rather than trying to ring yet again?

Just leave it. I don't think my dd (4.5yr) has been seen by a health professional (except for vaccinations) since she was 6 months old. If I was worried I would see someone but I have never been chased up despite her suffering from lack of oxygen at birth!

I wouldn't bother chasing it, they will realise they haven't ticked the box eventually and call you!

DS is 3.8 and its safe to say his HV contact has been pointless. I did have a phone call a few weeks back to say "we see he has been in hospital how is he doing now?" They couldn't answer why that was only the second such call after 28 a and e visits and that being tje least serious of them!
