I am completely over excited that the new Doctor is being announced live tonight? I have been waiting for Matt Smith to go for months, and now we get to find out who the new actor is!

didnt watch the crap that was torchwood so i just remember him fro the Fires of Pompeii where he was fab and as a wise man in a nativity drama and a couple of other things.

and no i dont watch ITTOI as i dont like sweary stuff!

Well ds1 (8) thinks he looks like someone who would be the doctor, and I seriously hope he doesn't judge based on how hot they are!
Ds2 (6) just wants to know what the new Dr will wear

And while I said up thread that I like the new choice, and that I would, that is not the reason I watch! although its the reason I started when dt became the Dr

I received a tweet just before the prog saying that bbc had confirmed it was Rylan Clarke - I was fuming! So glad they were wrong!
