Obviously, if it's sore, blisters, or peels quickly in strips, it's probably not great.

But pink, not sore, goes away again (or turns brown) in a couple of days - surely that's OK?

I saw 2 little 12month old babies with a tan the other day - made me feel Sad that those caring for them think that's OK because they did not "burn"

the numbers of people , in their 30s 40s still going for the lobster look and using sunbeds really shocks me.
Skin cancers are going up and up - yes people are getting them now from behaviours decades ago. They did not know the risks when they were working out in the garden in the blazing sun - but we do, why some people choose to ignore all advice is beyond me.
