I start uni in September so did will be going to nursery for 2 days a week. We sorted out all the paperwork for the nursery and got a confirmation that she ha a place. We then got another letter saying that she would be having a introduction day in July to ease her in and that septembers bill will also be sent in July. That was in may and I've heard nothing since. I waited for the first few days of July but no letters or bills, so I thought that they'd definitely be here by the time I got back from holiday, term ends on tues and I've heard nothing about her induction day (it's a term time nursery) so I can't see them sorting something out in 2 days? I've been trying to phone them all day and there's no answer at all. We've also not had her bill for sept. I'm worried about her still having a place now?
Either way their lack of communication has really put me off :/
