To be livid that my afternoon in the sun has been ruined?

By my neighbours' teenaged son and his crap band practicing with the windows open for 3 hrs? Happens every Saturday and is worse when it's hot. All the neighbours are livid, some go out, but none of us want to say anything for fear of upsetting them . I'm sick of it and im not even either side! It's so selfish and anti social.

They need a rehearsal room. It is just not on to ruin every single Saturday afternoon for all the neighbours.

They won't magically know they are bothering you. Teenagers are hard wired to be self centred. You need to tell the volume is on the loud side and ask them if they can practice somewhere else sometimes, turn it down and/or mix up practice times. If you are pleasant and reasonable no one has to get upset.
