No I don't think that's the least you can expect - given the number of runners and the number of casualties, I think it's fair to assume the least than you can expect is to get away with a slight adrenaline boost.

The most you could expect would be death, so these injuries fall somewhere in between the least and the most you could expect.

YANBU, they must have a bloomin death wish or something. But what's sad is the cruelty side of it to those animals, although as Pixel rightly pointed out bullfighting is the pitts! . They're BIG beasts, certainly not to be messed with!, they must have been born without a brain!. Play with fire you'll get burnt, shame on Spain not to ban such a ludicrous thing but especially the cruel bullfights!. It's sad for the good Spanish too, one of whom is a friend of mine and she likes animals and would never hurt one. How sad.
