To be worried about rash on DS leg?

DS is 19 months

He has a funny little rash on his thigh

It is slightly raised and does not look like a bite, burn or graze. There is no head to it. I have put a pic on my profile

If run my finger over it it goes white / skin coloured and disappears IYSWIM

It is a bit bigger then a 5p, with a secondary "spot" next to the main one

There's nothing else anywhere on him, it doesn't seem to be itching or bothering him and he is fine in himself with no temp and eating his food

I know I am being very PFB and I will take him to GP tomorrow to get it checked, but does anyone have any ideas what it might be?

I know :( and he is so friendly :(

Will see what the chemist says - they are in the GP surgery any way so if they don't know / think it needs a GP I can make an app whilst I am there

good luck at GP, sounds like you have some ideas of what to ask about, main thing is, it is not making DS ill or too uncomfortable and hopefully the right cream will sort it out.
