To get past level 110 on Candy Crush?

Apologies, I know there's been a few CC threads already but I'm desperate and losing my sanity.

I've been through some tough levels but this one is a joke, no?

Even if I survive the bombs, which I usually don't, I can't get more than about 70,000 points. How the actual fuck am I supposed to do it without the option of buying more lives, which I only do if I'm desperate honest ?

Downton, just keep on getting stripped candies,and don't work on the top lhs box.. Focus on bottom hrs box.. They makes candies fall in the other boxes.. Good luck

Spookily, I've just read this thread, attempted level 110 for the millionth time and done it first time! Thank feck.

It took 3 goes of swapping striped and wrapped sweets if that helps - finished on 130000 when previous best was about 85000.

Toutube have got all the levels on there. Ive got through loads after watching how other people do it.
Im on level 209 now

Just had another crack at 65 and managed 62 out of 65 on the first go somehow so obviously over time I have improved(or that was a total fluke)

I realise this is entirely unhelpful to anyone stuck on that or lower levels but I'm a wee bit proud of myself. Maybe this can add some weight to my "it is good brain-training, honest" argument with DH...

Right, got over my jealousy. Many striped/wrapped combo attempts coming up....

Must remember to recharge iPad. I dismissed the low battery warnings once when nearly at the end of one of the aforementioned bastard levels and it died at a crucial stage(just at that "oh,oh, I'm going to get past it!"moment).

I am a newbie and stuck on level 35. It says I need to get a life through FB or buy a life to continue. Is that true? I really don't want it on FB that I am wasting my time playing CC!

AFAIK you can unlock extra levels by putting it on Facebook (agree with you that I don't want everyone seeing how sad I am), play 3 tasks (but you have to wait 24 hours in between each task) or pay 69p.

I go frothe later every time!

Cutitup, you don't need to get lives through Facebook or by buying them, it just means you have to wait every so often until it gives you another 5 lives.
And hang in there, 35 is brick hard as I recall.

I've only ever had to wait about 20 minutes for new lives...confused now.

Scottish I think bear means to open the next set of levels. Usually it's 69p, or you can choose to do quests for a few days, then it'll unlock without paying a penny

But surely the only way to open the next set of levels is to complete each level in the current one?

Every once in a while I get the crying face telling me I have run out of lives - for now, so either wait the allotted time or pay 69p for 5 more lives instantly(I always wait)
I have never seen anything about tasks...

Mindboggled now, can someone explain?

I'm only on level 75 but from about 35 onwards every 10 or 15 levels completed I've had to unlock the next section, which I've gone for paying 69p rather than linking to Facebook. (different to building your lives back up which takes about 30minutes per life)

I did try the quest route once but after doing the first of 3 and it telling me I had to wait 24 hours to do the ext, my addiction got the better of me and I went for the 69p option.

I'm on 275 too. I've been stuck for AGES. It's just not a fun level.

Ah, I'm with you now. I've always just paid the 69p as I don't play it through Facebook.

Just tried 35 again and got all but 1 jelly. If I'm actually better at this than when I did it first time round how come I can't bloody beat 110?
Gah.

I am so mad at myself... I paid a lot of money to get through Level 275 as it was driving me mad. Now stuck on level 277. I am so cross with myself for wasting money on this stupid, stupid addictive stupid game. Stupid. Gah.

I'd finished... and then they went and added more levels (why was I even looking??).

Haven't spent any money, have spent too much time. Make special candies, and combine those if possible. (Can't remember what 110 looks like, sorry.)

Every so often, when I run out of lives, Candy Crush offers me a full set of lives and some lollipop hammers if I complete a few levels of a new game. Lollipop hammers are great - that real pig of a level, where you will have just one piece of jelly left - just bash it.
