I have heard tales of debauchery and other shennanigans...

Gasp, Mimi, they'll catch their death. Cavorting in their dissibles. < notices lack of bussom, heaves someonelse's> I am having trouble with the word busom. Blush spelling block.

Didn't we leave the space clones in the cellar after Madame Hully after worn them out?

I' m sure I hear them feebly knocking into things during the night.

...after Madame Hully wore them out.

They all looked like Johnny Depp, except for the trial Buck Rogers one. He's probably still quite healthy...

I have also been told the catacombs have been in use since Brian Blessed Roman times

Miss Sybil! Are you back from the convent at last? How long you sojourned there. You are quite pale and ethereal. Did the Spirit take root in your maidenly heart?

Indeed Madame Hully. I spent many an hour on my knees praying with the young and handsome resident priest and I began to think of staying forever, but the truth is, I missed you all too much. mad buggers that you are.

Sybs! "mod biuggers" did you say? The juniper and mushroom tisanes have affected my hearing somewhat.

What with the Royal Head, the urine fumes and the sewing circle's lace, why I do declare IPOAT is heading into a fine summer.

Miss Fids! I discovered a new tisane whilst helping with the herbs sister in the convent. I wrote it down most carefully for you, although it mostly included cucumber and mint and gin, lots and lots of gin The Sister particularly recommended it for keeping up ones spirits on a summers eve in the convent gardens.

Let us repair to the distillery herb drying shed, and begin trying to perfect the recipe.

Should this thread not be in chat?

I see no unreasonableness?

Report
MadameDefarge · 03/07/2013 19:13

No olivia, cos if it goes in chat we cannot access it for future reference. We need it archived...and its tradishun.

Report
Sybilvimes · 03/07/2013 19:14

Unreasonably, we never get to fill a threat before the 90 days and then we all get lost and lonely in cyber-space.

Plus, traditionally IPOAT has always been in aibu so we can look back and see just how fantastically funny we have been over the years. Come into the distillery herb drying shed and try one of Fid's tisane. You'll forget all about moving us, promise!

MadameDefarge · 03/07/2013 19:17

we have lost some splendid narratives in chat...I mourn still the Banditos in the south of France, Vanquishing the Queen of the Huns...

And considering the amount of tosh allowed to stay in AIBU I think it would be unkind to move us....we is MN history. I fink.

Report
MadameDefarge · 03/07/2013 19:18

Anyway I think there is lots of unreasonableness here. Gin in a tisane is unreasonable. Keeping the Head of State (quite literally) in cryogenic status is unreasonable. Continuing the cult of the Depp is unreasonable...

Report
Hullygully · 03/07/2013 19:38

We live in AIBU so we isn't lost innit?

It would be unreasonable to move us and lose us

Shall we perhaps introduce Olivia to King Charles' slightly melted head? It has a most captivating tilt and I am sure will convince her of its righteous abode.

Olivia, if you cannot see the unreasonableness in "the Royal Head, the urine fumes and the sewing circle's lace" then I fear for MNHQ.

AND it was a perfectly reasonable aibu, some would say I was (the callous batardes who simply don't care about the royal frosty head), some, those invested in his royal frozenness, that I was not.

so ner

You have a thing about trussing up the cook Miss Honey that verges on the unwholesome

Indeed Hully wanting us to be quick before HRH's head melted is reasonableness defined, surely.

Report

Miss Honey wanted to make me a Lady on the other thread though so wholesome she shall be to me.

Oh forsooth and bollcocks

Hully dear, I do think that head should be either in gin or the ice house. I think its oozing.
Report
Minimammoth · 03/07/2013 21:42

Perhaps we should boil it, in preparation for shrinking like oomeeeebgeebee tribe of Borneo. < passes head to cook in rugby move>

Report
HoneyDragon · 03/07/2013 23:41

If you boil it the flesh falls off. You have to dehydrate it.
