I stringly believe that his sense of self-satisfaction would have been diminished if I had helped.

I was not busy MNing, oh no I wasn't.

AIBU.

And, obviously, if you'd like to steal my line to get out of helping peopele do stuff, you'd be most welcome.

Very dangerous tack to take despite the alleged self sacrifice. What sort of job was it?

ChaosTrulyReigns · 23/06/2013 22:32

Clearing out the out of date stuff from the pantry.

Hmm

See why I declined?

That is definitely a one man job!! Grin

I often 'take one for the team' and be the one to leave the kitchen for DH's benefit nods too many cooks in the kitchen and all that.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 24/06/2013 12:26

I'm going to try the too many cooks excuse theory, NotYo.

Cheers.

I take back what I said - that's definitely a job to bolster self esteem. (I had been thinking major DIY.)
