Worst long haul flight I had was 60 hours door to door - so be warned when your wheel gets a puncture on a fuelling stop in the middle of fuck knows where and you have to wait in the airport for it to be fixed .... then London is fog bound and you have to go to Manchester. Then when you get the train the bastard thing breaks down. Three times. 60 hours.

I am usually clean at least once or twice a day, but times I have not washed in 72 hours:
Glastonbury (was 18 though so didn't care

As a supposedly independent patient on a particularly short staffed ward,
As a poorly new mum on my own (I lived on the floor with him for a few days because I couldn't stand up)
It happens, and I guess some people are just too busy? 
If you're going to be manky, at least reduce the smell. Wish I could have had 72hr deodorant then!
