Thats it basically I know it may seem some what trivial but I'm not made of money I can't afford to simply replace it, I spent a lot of time and effort making it look perfect for someone to think they have the right to take whatever they want

I'm eyeing up my own hanging basket now to make sure it doesn't wander off.

Absolute scum.

It's not a crime that's very easy to justify is it? I mean if you steal something you can sell you might spend that money on food, but this is plain and simple, see, want, take.(not that I think it is ever ok, just seems a very selfish thing to steal)

Sorry to hear this - my window boxes were stolen so I know how it feels! I reported it to the police in case they were dumped somewhere nearby. The police officer was very sympathetic and said, "Oh they didn't!".

I presume nobody will put it up in there front garden as it's bright pink and very noticeable! One of the taxi drivers I have regularly is going to keep an eye out for it bless him!

My friends had theirs stolen just the other day and also a couple of their neighbours. I think the baskets made of metal are a target from the scrap collectors as we've caught them trying to steal PILs before.

I hope it wasn't for scrap metal the plants were probably worth more. Sad that this has happened to a lot of people
