Start reading from the very first post, it shouldn't take you long to read through all of them using the arrows, or just a few, but I found myself keeping on clicking because it's quite creepy. Basically a conspiracy theory related to the MKULTRA thing there was in the 60s.

Was it like the Tuskegee syphilis project where they chose African American men who had syphilis, told them they were getting free health treatment but didn't give them treatment, just tracked the progress of the disease?

ILP was supposed to be about experiments in mind control, using children, to summarise.

I don't believe it, but the guy sure is dedicated to keep it going that long. Eight years! I couldn't keep up a hoax that long. I'd just get bored or forget about it.
