Dd (18) had her bag stolen at 11pm last night in Green Park- london. It contained all her worldly goods, passport (that's another fred) her a level revision notes wallet and ticket home.

Thanks to a lovely man, she got home because her saw her tear stained face and gave her 20 quid to get home from the police station. According to dd, he looked like "someones dad". So if your other half fits this description-give him a hug from me and I'll pay it forward.

There are so many good people in the world.
Can you pass it on - the good will gesture?

greenfolder · 05/06/2013 20:31

Yes, I will indeed pass it on. It really did help turn a bad experience into something with a little glimmer of being positive

That's so lovely, what a good man

That is lovely. I wss stuck at a train station once and a family gave me a tenner for a ticket.

I've never forgotten it, it does really help to know someone cares and will help a stranger.

Hope your dd is ok now.

Sometimes people need things like this to remind them there are more good people in the world than bad. Lovely man. Hope your dd is ok.
