That I have now lost 2 1/2stones since the 3rd of January.
I go to Slimming World and after trying to lose weight for over half my life I am finally doing it.
I don't expect any replies but I'm so happy and damn proud of myself.

Wow. Well done Skinny. It is a fabulous feeling and will motivate you to carry on to whatever your goal is.

I am at the beginning of my journey and am looking forward to feeling how you feel now.

Skinny one thing I will warn you about - there are those who will be afraid of the change you have initiated, and slyly try to sabotage it. See their motivations (and they can be varied) and resist the urge to derail. It is SO worth it in the end!

I've been doing SW since February, and am very close to losing my first stone. It's taken a while, some weeks I maintained and had a couple of little gains, but I know I'll get there.

I've got about 5 stone to lose in total, so a way to go yet. Come over to the Slimming World topic and chat (unless you do already and I've missed you) we're all lovely :)

Bee I have a friend at work who I thought would be really happy for me, but she's not said a single word to me. I know Im begonning to look like Im losing and I thought she would be the first to say well done.
