to think people on FACEBOOK are raving lying sycophants?

I have a friend who posts "Here I am on my lovely holiday with my lovely family in my lovely hotel" with pics

and then 20 people go "Oh how lovely babezzz, you deserve it, enjoy" and "love your pics, love you miss you" etc

and I think they are sycophantic lying shitbags and my dc think they are a bit odd but I am a horrible misery.

I'm not, am I?

I am happy day in and day out, we had a miscarriage a while back which dented that happiness. But I have a husband I love, children I adore, no real worries and a good Shankar of living. here isn't much to be unhappy about. Most people I know are similar.

I'm sure that trying to work out WTF Hully's latest rant is preserves my brain from early onset Alzheimer's, my little grey cells go into overdrive.
I'm constantly worried that she's disappear like Mary Poppins on the breeze, and then I'll be stuck with nowt but sludge between my ears.
I'd post random sycophantic lies just to watch her ignite.

One of my friends has been posting about her forthcoming holiday to Turkey for about three months now. She's had all the "you deserve it babes" replies as well.

She goes next week and to celebrate I am planning to cook a special meal, because all her Turkey posts have really put me in the mood for a very early Christmas dinner.

'Tisn't sycophancy. It's two-facedness. Normal people think 'ooh that looks nice' about a fb pic of some carribean idyll. Those who are seized with a rampant envious rage obviously can't say 'who do you think you are you smug bitch' so they post something fake and fawning and bitch about the person in the hairdressers later.

I actually posted a "you deserve it" comment yesterday.

The comment in full was "you deserve it, serves you fucking right" to my friend who tripped and twisted her ankle.

I don't really know what sycophant means (I'll have to Google) but does that make me one?

I honestly love all the pics etc on FB. New houses, cars, babies, holidays, weddings, nights out, piles of Xmas pressies, etc. I like seeing happiness and prosperity. I could turn on the news if i wanted doom, gloom, death, murder etc.

It feels good to know that I am generous of spirit Smile

Facebook just provides the platform for people to exhibit twattery wankerishness which has been around from the dawn of time and will be around until the human race is extinct becuause it is WHAT WE DO.

I don't know why Facebook is always dragged up as the reason why people are twats ergo it is silly and ooo look at me, I am so great I never bother with it.

My god father used to say the same about telly and even at 6 years old my twatometer was twitching, because why bang on about how crap something is unless you are secretly earning for it?

Haven't bothered to read much of the gazillion pages since I went to bed so may have missed many humourous points, so I will just take opportunity to say that I could care less.
