Thank you for the link, Dizzy, I had not heard of admiral nurses.
We are in Scotland, but DSiL is in England and I am not entirely convinced that she fully understand what she will be in for, looking after DMiL at home .

I'm so sorry lesser, what an awful situation to have to deal with :( Both are utterly dreadful diseases, I hope it can be as quick and painless for your mother in law as possible

So sorry for the whole situation. Hope she stays as comfortable as possible, and not too distressed.
