can't work out if I am a normal level of tiredness or if I should start taking iron supplements or something.
Two DC, one in Reception, one 19m old at home with me. DC1 sleeps through, DC2 generally either wakes once or gets up early (5am). I think I last had a lie-in in March. I just feel constantly exhausted, really drained. I have little enthusiasm for doing anything socially as I just want to go to bed. Friends who say they are tired & have disturbed nights seem to be able to still go out etc! I am starting to wonder if this tired-to-my-bones feeling is normal or if I should be coping better?
