To feel very annoyed by my usually lovely neighbour?

They have cut their hedge reeeaally short so that now my previously private garden is now overlooked by them and I have to avert my eyes from their antics. There was nothing wrong with the bloody hedge the way it was. It will take ages to grow back. Grrrrrrrr.

It may seem they have lopped loads off but you will probably be surprised how fast it will grow back. This is the time of year you need to prune hedges and shrubs back quite hard to ensure they stay full and busy in the long run instead of becoming thin and straggly.

Please please continue the story ... I would swap neighbours with you in an instant.

Ours shout threats - man only; wife lovely - and cut our hedge down far too hard for us. Then their house wall developed deep cracks and needed really expensive (I hope) repairs as the force of the weather hit it. Grin

Later discovered that shouty threatening man thinks it's his hedge. Hmm

We erected a 6 foot fence and gate just so i don't have to speak to our neighbours everytime i go outside Blush i am really one of those people who 'live in their heads' i don't like chatting!

I'd love to know what your neighbours are chanting Grin
