Mum proudly handed out the fake "crocs" today for the grandchildren to wear in the summer.
The only problem is that they have the word DOGGERS emblazoned over the front
Mum didn't know why me and my sisters were laughing hysterically.
Ill have to explain wont I?

LOL I'd decorate the with permanent markers. Dd has orange and green ones this year (the don't say doggers on), she picked them, last year was pink, much less gaudy.

My first thought was the same as honeytea's - just say they are Shirley Hughes fans.

I don't think it would matter, but the permanent marker suggestion is reasonable if anyone does say something!

Euphemia are you kidding me? My mum got the joke in the end and laughed with us and I will tippex whatever out the logo.
My mum has normal skin thickness but also a sense if humour unlike some people
