Who isn't protesting? We have had protests in our city centre (Liverpool) since the changes\cuts were announced. Our local news has covered the call to just not pay the Bedroom Tax, as we did with the Poll Tax. According to a social science\policy unit, Liverpool has been the hardest hit city and will lose the most in benefits and in spending. There has already been discussions about protests. You certainly cannot speak for the whole of the country.

Usual suspects. Pretend part time anarchists. A lot of them will be bailed using daddy's money.
