When he is fast asleep and I can look at his perfect little face on his monitor?

I love him all day long but he does not stop from the minute he wakes (6am) to the minute he goes to bed.

And whilst he is funny, engaging, cute and great company, when he is fast asleep I can admire him via monitor whilst drinking wine and MNetting or reading the papers. :)

Is it U to like it when he is asleep? It's just the most relaxing part of my day. Sometimes I look forward to it Blush

I think I need to go look at my 14 yr old dd when she's asleep tomorrow morning.
Just got back from a weeks holiday with her and she was horrible for about 75% of it. :(

Yanbu.
I sometimes want to curl up next to ds. Although he falls asleep in the most ridiculous positions at times, which is when we sneak in with the camera and take photos, retreating sniggering at him. Grin

When I was expecting my 3rd I asked someone with 6 DCs what was the best bit and she said "every so often, they are all asleep at the same time, and I can look at them" Grin
I ended up with 5 and can wholeheartedly agree with her Grin although I don't think all five of mine have ever all been asleep at once...

When mine is asleep, he occasionally lets rip the most enormous farts, and I just want to squeeze his chubby little cheeks because I never thought I would actually love the sound of someone's farts while I am eating dinner! Plus he faffs about until his hair goes all fluffy and makes it look like his head's gone out of focus on the monitor which is just adorable.

My 13yo dd has been a bit of a pain this last 2 weeks off school. She went to sleep in my bed last night (don't ask!) and this morning she looked about 5yo. All tousled hair and flushed cheeks, and no attitude! Aw it was lovely.
