To think that Sarah and Duck on cbeebies should have a proper theme tune?

I can't help but feel that I am not getting value for my license fee when the narrator just says 'Sarah and Duck' three times with some lift Muzak plinking away in the background.

To respond to Trapper, the licence fee is £2.70/week so for that you get not only 40 eps of Sarah and Duck - the most original kids show for ages (including totally apt theme tune) - but lots of other jolly good audio visual entertainment too. So give over your Mail-ish complaining.

LOVE Sarah and Duck.

The other day I showed it to DH on the iPlayer and left the room. NExt time I went to 'Last Played' there were about 7 episodes, he sat up late watching it back to back!

I adore Sarah and Duck, especially the talking cake in "Cake Bake" who then goes on an outing to the park. It's all so surreal, but at the same time simple and wholesome.

Well according to DD2 it is a theme tune... at least she walks around the house singing it to herself (with extra loud quacks)

My 9m/o absolutely loves it for some reason, I think it's the voice. I like how its quite simple and calm, rather than music and flashy tunes.

Yabu. The theme tune is perfect. Sarah and Duck is brilliant and favourite programme - oh, DS likes it too.

Moon is wonderful and I love that they have a technology room. Brilliant.

Hate Abney and Teal...and Wooly and fucking Tig.

The ep we saw she bought a chair from the Sit Shop. There was a lady on the bus with a talking bag. What's not to like?
