to want to 'like' comments on threads a la FB/ news sites?

i always mentally 'like' or 'red arrow' comments as i read through a thread.. and often make no comment myself if it's been better expressed already.
i don't like at all the 'what soandso said' comment
i think it would add to the threads as there'd be some indication of popular support or otherwise of expressed views
it feels strange not to have this facility on mumsnet

i dunno, when i thought about how good it would be to +1 a comment it would be with the intention that it could stop multiple comments suggesting the same thing, you could + a comment to second it iyswim. but i did ask MN on twitter abt it and it has been discussed and decided against which is fine. if i see someone has posted the same response i would have it means i don't need to comment!
