to like this UKIP idea of a tax break of £13,000 to help stay at home mums?

I know it probably won't go down well on Mumsnet, but I actually think this is a good idea being suggested by UKIP.

Surely its regressive and will benefit high rate tax payers the most? A very bad way to spend money in a recession.

Telegraph (left leading paper) writes an articulate on UKIP courting Tory voters.... Surely they must be able to find something less "comic genius" than this... I keep trying to write something serious then I remember this started with a UKIP policy and start laughing.. Sorry
