I've a friend that does this sort of thing too - changes her profile pic 3/4 times a day, with yet another pouty image of herself she's copied the pose from teen shots on Pinterest, always with a big smattering of her very ample cleavage - she's also pushing 50 - she does herself no favours at all, though I don't take it as full of herself, more insecure & desperate - which is sad really as she's actually a really lovely, very attractive woman & you would never guess if you met her in RL that she would do this - FB really does bring out the worst in some people - I've delete several for far worse sins
