Is she trying to rip off Natasha Khan or something? I don't get it. Last year she was a normal pop star woman in New Look clothes and now all of a sudden she is quirky and bohemian (in her mind)

I feel very embarrassed for her. Which I am sure really bothers her.

Remember when she was singing "Crazy Chick"? Possibly the most awful and anodine pop song ever?

I like her. She's got a fuckton of money, and she does not live a lavish life, so I assume that she's got enough to cover her needs for the rest of her life. And some.

And she spent her childhood and teenage years being told what to do, dressed up in frou-frou confections and made to sing in front of assorted popes/presidents/big-wigs.

So now maybe she's just having a laugh. Doing music stuff but not really needing chart success nor popular acclaim. Dressing how she pleases. And I bet she still has a Cheeky Vimto or two.

I like her she is talented, clever can be witty and attractive she is far more interesting than many singers around and the look is a bit different. not sure she has found her own style yet but having fun

I like her too. She's got enough freedom to make the music she wants and that's what she's doing. Props to her for her appearance at Leveson inquiry, that girl knows her shit.

Honestly though comments like her having a "podgy face" are the reason why mumsnet has a reputation as a vipers nest. If this was the first thread I'd ever seen on here I don't think I'd be back. Unnecessarily bitchy.
