Firstly I am a massive cat lover I have three of them

However we have an interloper in the form of a male pedigree siamese cat

I have known it since it was a kitten and seen it around and it has often come in the house before I am not totally sure who it belongs to but a nearish neighbour

For the last four months it has properly moved in

It will not go away

I dont feed it as such but with three other cats it just takes food as and when

It sleeps on my bed and is here twenty four seven

No one has been looking for it no posters nothing and if my cat had not been seen for months I would be looking With it being a pedigree too it surprises me

I honestly think the owners have just upped and left

Its not a big place where I live but no one has asked or mentioned it

The problem is it wees everywhere poos in the house vomits in the house and has fleas

I have a fifteen month old DS

I am seriously considering taking it to the local cat santcuary

They could check if it is chipped and trace its owners or if not I am sure someone will think "ooh a siamese in a rescue centre brilliant" and it will get a good home

I have considered getting a magnetic cat flap thing for my cats but I hate the idea of them wearing collars after one got his paw badly caught in his

Would it be really U to take him to the cats home and let them find his owner or re home him

I cant have four cats and he is a meance with the weeing and pooing and he is distressing one of my other cats who has started spraying

I would put posters up but I am sure they have just gone away and probably dont want the dirty little fecker back

Sorry for no punctuation DS has destroyed my keyboard

I have just bought one of those microchip cat flaps for a similar reason. I was getting gorgeous, long haired purring fur ball coming in. Sadly, gorgeous and purring though it was, it still sprayed all over the house and stressed out the older of my two cats. It can't get in now and spends about half an hour each evening staring balefully at me through the flap. I feel a cow...but my house no longer smells of piss!

I will have a look on Amazon

They sound great as we do get the odd random intruder too!

We had a magnetic cat flap - one day one of my cats got chased by a neighbour's cat and the magnet didn't work quickly enough, so she just charged through the flap and broke it to bits. We now have a "come one, come all" cat flap and sure enough, there was an interloper in here yesterday, making herself at home. Not sure what to do.

I got mine through Amazon. Very quick delivery and a courier that adhered to a one hour timeslot! £70 but worth it not to come home and play "hunt the cat spray" after about 13 hours at work...
