You can still view the deletion message if you try and visit the thread from your phone or browser history.

Then there is no need to fill up a stirry gossippy bitchy thrilling thread with christ knows how many 'marking place's and '.'

Hmm
MoonlightandRoses · 18/02/2013 19:33

Thanks Maryz.
So the only options are to post something meaningful or use the blank post method? live in hope you refresh at the right moment. Hmm, sounds as though I may need to be on here a bit more so as not to miss anything. Grin

BarbaraWoodlouse · 18/02/2013 19:59

The other option is to MN from an iPad or similar so that you can just revisit the deleted page from your history list. As good an excuse as any to get one I suppose Grin

ignores option 2 Wink

Thanks Maryz Smile

Surely option 3 is just fine. Bonus points for the [not a real emoticon]

I've never seen a thread deletion message. Hmm

I never knew there was a "my history" button. Been here years - serial name changer.

BeCool · 18/02/2013 23:11

TIW is of a random quality

DearPrudence · 18/02/2013 23:26

Where is there a 'my history' button? Confused

BeaWheesht · 19/02/2013 06:21

A my history button??? Where?!

NoelHeadbands · 19/02/2013 07:07

On your device- pc, iPad, phone etc

NoelHeadbands · 19/02/2013 07:10

I don't particularly give a shit about the deletion message anyway.
If they're any good you usually get at least three separate threads telling you about it.

Yes that's right, I'm a maverick. A loose cannon.

BeCool · 19/02/2013 10:48

I can't find a My History button on either my iphone or PC

RustyBear · 19/02/2013 12:29

On the iPhone, in Safari, touch the Bookmarks book icon at the bottom of the screen. One of the folders listed on the menu will be History. Mine goes back to Feb 9th, not sure if you can change that in Settings.

BeCool · 19/02/2013 13:16

OK thanks for that - I use the Ap!

So it's browser History everyone is talking about, not a 'history' provided by MN.
