You could get a four bed for that here (Manchester), and it's not the worst area in the world, though the house would probably be a fixer upper.

The house in the OP is absolutely stunning, but ruined by dreadful suburban furnishings.

what a coincidence.Drove past the A1 turnoff for Stanley this morning, never having heard of it before!!

For some reason the estate agent thought it would give our house the wow factor by including a photo of our cat sitting on the bed glaring at him. Despite repeated requests to remove the photo every time we checked there she still was, looking evil No wonder it took 8 months to sell...
