To think i have to beeping pay for mediation at £150 ph FFS

Blinking jobless wonder gets it for free luckly i manged to string out my appointment to march 1st which mean if i can string out the next session to the end of march i can cancel and he wont be able to do anything as legal aid will be closed to him thank fuck but in the mean time i still have to spend two lots of £150

Sorry just having rant

What happens if you genuinely can't afford 300 on mediation? A lot of people would struggle to get that together, what can 'they' (whoever makes you do it) do about that?
Anyway, I don't think you're being unreasonable to be annoyed at that, I wouldn't be happy either!

Well we are going to have to dip into to ds saving seeing as thats the only savings we have already had to shell out £280 for legal advice

I just keep telling myself after the 1st meeting four more weeks legal aid will be locked off amd i will be rid for ever

Are you 100% sure about that?

Why not go to the mediation session & try to resolve the issues rather than wasting money out of your son's savings?
