Friends Husband Talks To Me About The Size Of His Bum.

I popped round to see a close friend yesterday. She got called away to a long call and her husband came in to keep me company. He has wearing a lycra suit ready to do some sport. He then talking at some length about his concerns about the size of his bum.
Am I being unreasonable or is this weird.
