fwiw I do agree it's a pita when you never do hear the end of the saga. Although sometimes an OP will have said thanks for the help early on and then a whole load more posters chuck in their bit, and she never replies as she's not checking Threads I'm On as she's got the advice she wanted. I sometimes go Cold Turkey don't go on MN for days at a time in a faint effort to try and get anything else done.

Leave/dump. What's the difference?

On AIBU there are often threads about whether the OP is BU or DP/BF? E.g. BF stays over a few times a week and expects me to do his washing. AIBU to tell him to take it home? Advice? Dump/leave the bastard.

I don't tend to look at Relationships but based on the times that I have, there is a thriving chapter there as well.
