..3 stone overweight despite being miserable about it for 3 years!!!
I have experienced many ugly moments that should have motivated me to get my ass in gear for more than three or four days at a time but for some reason (that I don't understand) I give up and fall off the wagon and into the biscuit barrel, again. I am defeated about being defeated.
Honestly, I haven't quite had the 'couldn't fit in the plane seat' moment yet but I have had plenty like it. Why do I keep on sabotaging my efforts?
Can you either help me figure out what is wrong with me or give me a kick up the backside in the right direction?
