Of course! Betty's is in good old Yorkshire. I grew up about 20 miles from York, unfortunately we are a good bit further away now. I had a lovely curd tart from there the last time I went, or as we called it as kids turd tart.

That should be scone like cakes...you might just get the crumbs though...btw I've polished off a whole big tub of Rachel's organic coconut yoghurt by myself...and then had breakfast which was "just a boiled egg..I'm dieting"!No one ever knew..said I'd thrown it away cos it's gone off!

YANBU! I have ate 3 iced fairy cake and chocolate birthday cake today but now I want French fancys!

hermioneweasley · 13/01/2013 20:47

I have hinted heavily for my birthday each year that I want the Betty's French fancy 'cake' (actually something like 25 of the little beauties). I believe I have even asked outright. nothing.

NeverQuiteSure · 13/01/2013 20:51

YANBU

It would have been polite to offer me one though Sad Envy

Primadonnagirl · 13/01/2013 20:54

Do you have a certain order to eat them in. I'd go choc, lemon, choc, lemon pink and pink (like them the least so it might discourage me from eating them all)

nellyjelly · 13/01/2013 20:58

No. I could eat a whole pack of jaffa cakes though.

Fakebook · 13/01/2013 21:00

Yanbu. I ate a whole box when I was pregnant. Couldn't do it now, because I have no excuse.

hugoagogo · 13/01/2013 21:06

I only eat the pink ones.

DeepRedBetty · 13/01/2013 21:10

oooo the orange special halloween ones... mmmm!

Why is it three choc, three strawberry but only two lemon? I luff the lemon ones, can manage strawberry but the choc ones are vile. Thank god children think anything with chocolate must be the best and automatically take them.

Primadonnagirl · 13/01/2013 21:11

We'll share a box then!

ThreeDaughtersLoveSandwiches · 13/01/2013 21:21

I could eat a whole box of any French Fancies variety but my faviourite has got to be the Frostie Fancies they had at Christmas! So so good!

HibernoCaledonian · 13/01/2013 21:44

The Aldi ones are nicer than Mr. Kipling.
