Have sold an item on eBay for £10, which cost me £3.50 to post, and I charged £3.50.
Have just received a message with photo, saying that the item was broken in transit. I replied, " no problem, will refund the money minus postage" have received a reply saying that they would like refund including postage. If I do this I will therefore have lost money through no fault of mine. Pretty new to EBay so not sure what to say, AIBU?
